Fresh off the back of three national lockdowns, Rock Oyster 2021 was set to be our first sweet taste of freedom after two years cooped up at home. Boy did it deliver. We were there every step of the way, capturing every element of the action, from mouth watering cooking demonstrations by professional chefs, to the stomping feet and electrifying atmosphere of the evenings headliners.
